The article presents, on the basis of a brief review of the strategic planning process, the arguments in favor of internationalization of higher education and the main aspects of this activity in the named sphere.The problems of the development of higher education in Uzbekistan are considered in the key of effective work in the conditions of international professional activity in various fields and directions.The need to ensure the availability and accessibility of internationalization for all participants in the educational process has been established.
