Abstract
The concept of equality and nondiscrimination is place on account of Indian constitution. Additionally, it gives the state the ability to implement a variety of affirmative action policies that favor women. Laws frequently use a step-by-step approach, focusing on specific instances of violence rather than covering all possible kinds of discrimination against women. When the law is implemented, law enforcement is frequently ineffective. Additionally, the lady and her children are thrown out of the stable, which, in addition to having a negative impact on their health, creates an emotional environment in which they are unable to defend themselves from physical violence or other forms of injustice.
