Man is the most beautiful and unique creation of all the creations of nature. There are many possibilities within us, but there is a need to enhance them after identification. The purpose of education is to uncover these possibilities which are already inherent within us. Every child has the right to get education. Government has made education as a fundamental right. But still the goal of universal access of education has not been achieved. There are still many children out of school and many children drop out. The objectives of the present paper are to explore the utility of the technology enhanced learning environment for universal education and to talk about the challenges universal education. The present paper is based on the theoretical data. The sources of data collection are reports, journal articles and books. Few decades back we could not even think of things like electronic-learning or online classes but today technology has made it possible. More efforts need to be made in this direction so that the curriculum transacted to all the children inside the school and outside the school in a proper way
