A fair trial is sometimes questioned due to the influence of print and digital media on opinion formation. The authors of this work have made an attempt to demonstrate an awareness of the differences between a media trial and a fair trial. On the other hand, the media does not stay silent when it believes justice has been mishandled; such outcries have an impact on the court system.
