Women in domestic work play an indispensable role in the functioning of households, contributing to family well-being. However, their labor remains largely hidden from public view, resulting in a multitude of challenges and injustices. From subpar wages and excessive working hours to occupational hazards and a lack of legal protections, the obstacles faced by women in domestic work are numerous and systemic. Simple Radom sampling method was used and 115 interviewed women domestic workers in Delhiwith the help of interview schedules.
