Abstract
Disability is that the state of an individual during which one should rely on others for his or her own desires. Vision defect is one in every of the disabilities of a personality's being. Up to now varied ways had been planned to reinforce the life form of visually impaired and blind individuals. Still getting merchandise within the grocery while without others support troublesome. One for them or reading books while not the assistance of others could be a terribly difficult task for the blind individuals, we have a tendency to propose a camera-based helpful text reading framework to assist blind person’s ad text labels and merchandise packaging from hand-held objects in their daily lives. To isolate the thing from littered backgrounds or different close objects within the camera read, we have a tendency to rest propose AN ancient and active motion-based technique to dine a part of interest (ROI) within the video by asking the user to shake the thing. The audio directions can assist them in reading the books and additionally facilitate them within the grocery supported the important time things.
