Abstract
This study aimed to identify the effect of math talk strategy on the skills of information generation of the intermediate stage female students. Two sections of the second intermediate grade were selected from a school affiliated to the General Directorate of Education ofBaghdad( Al- RusafaIII ) , for the academic
year ( 2021 – 2022 ). The two sections represented the experimental group (number = 36 female students) , that was tutored using the math talk strategy , and the control group ( number = 36 female students ) ,that took its lessons through the traditional teaching method
