The degree of soft skills acquisition by teachers in educational institutions

Abstract
Purpose – The paper aimed to find out the degree of soft skills acquisition by teachers in educational institutions Methodology – The study used the descriptive methodology. (64) Items survey was developed, distributed equally into (8) domains, whose validity and consistency were ascertained. The sample consisted of (237)Jordanian teachers Findings – The result showed that the degree of soft skills acquisition was a moderate on the tool as a whole and in every field. The results also indicated that there were no differences in the skills acquisition degree due to the qualification and experience.Significance – Creating a training course for the teachers of the first three grades on soft skills
