Abstract
Our lives become more meaningful by our actions - how we live, love, and carry ourselves speak impacts our lives in profound but understated ways. One should be able to learn through each experience of life and understand that the ultimate goal in life is not to be self-oriented but to find meaning and purpose through self awkening.Moderating one's thoughts,responding versus reacting, and adapting to different challenges we encounter in our dayto-day lives demonstrate who we are as a person.
