Abstract
Women are considered the fundamental pillar upon which societies are built. At the same time، they represent a central issue in most societies، particularly in Eastern ones characterized by patriarchal dominance. A close look at literary works in general، and modern novels in particular، reveals a consistent focus on issues related to the oppression of women and the deprivation of their freedom، as well as an emphasis on their vital role in life. Novels often depict the intricate details of women's lives and convey the depth of their suffering، especially that of Arab women.
Based on this context، this study aims to examine the manifestations of feminist narration in Ahmed Taibaoui’s novel "Soft Death"، which serves as a literary model that reflects various feminist issues through a distinctive narrative style. The research seeks to analyze how these issues are represented and how feminist narration is employed to express them. It also explores the literary tools used by the author to amplify the voice of women، highlight their experiences، and discuss the impact of these narrative manifestations on readers and the literary community in general.
