Abstract
The manufacturing industry is a work environment which poses many dangers to workers. It is important for an organization to make a balance between the safety and productivity in the workplace. The study examined the effect of psychological factors on employee’s productivity for employees working in manufacturing industries. The total population of the study was 550 from 8 medical device manufacturing industries of DELHI/NCR. Among 550 employees 504 were from operational level and 46 were from managerial level. 5-point questionnaires were adopted to collect the data from employees. The data collected was used to run the correlation regression analysis.
