Many societies, especially those classified within the third world class, suffer from some different negative phenomena such as family disintegration, high crime rates, delinquency, beggary and others. It becomes a problem that must be addressed and confronted, such as the crime of exploiting children in beggary and its consequences on the ability of children to address the conditions of life in all fields. It represents the focus of the problem in this research and represents the purpose that the offender wants to achieve from exploitation.In general, beggary is considered one of the most social evils that cause chaos and harm the general social appearance, especially in societies that provide services and care and always work to improve their living standards. Its severity varies from one society to another, as well as the different behavioral patterns of the perpetrators, as these may be an organized criminal group that exploits a number of children, or the perpetrator may be a relative of the victim or otherwise. Based on that, I thought that the (crime of exploiting children in beggary) should be the subject of this study
