This Research is mainly deal with the ambiguities of legislative power under the FDRE Constitution, paying emphasis to Land and Natural Resources in Ethiopia. In conducting this research, researchers have employed both Doctrinal and Non-Doctrinal Legal ResearchMethodology. Primary and Secondary Sources of Data’s are used in this research. Interviews,legal instruments (proclamations, regulations, directives, and FDRE Constitution) were analyzed. FDRE Constitution established Federal and Democratic Republic recognizing autonomous Regions.
