The paper has attempted to analyse the TPCK as an education reform, which is closely connected with the three C's namely Curricular Content, Pedagogical Content and Conveyance of Knowledge. In this article, it has been discussed that the TPCK is a pedagogy-related construct for ensuring that teachers have competency in utilizing contemporary technologies in their teaching practice. The study also found that there is a need to adapt the current Teacher Competency Framework (TCF) to accommodate for 21st Century Challenges
