This article analyses some of the inherent difficultiesin improving the quality of higher education in the context of the globalization of innovative technologies. The authors conclude that education primarilyimpacts the formation of a personality through certain ideological images, i.e.,the religious and the secular, but modern schools and universities strive to educate without developing the faith, hope and conscience of their students. Thus, the moral education of younger generations is a decisive condition for the success of the educational policy in Uzbekistan
