Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine how the working environment affects educators' levels of job satisfaction in educational institutions in the city of Tirupati. All of the elements that influence an employee's level of job satisfaction are included in the working environment. 200 employees who are employed as educators in Tirupati’s private educational institutions make up the sample population. The respondents are chosen using a Convenience method. The questionnaire is used to gather the primary data. The frequency and regression analyses are used to examine the data. The majority of respondents agreed that their workplace is productive, supportive, and positive, which contributes to their level of job satisfaction. According to the regression analysis, the working environment directly affects job satisfaction. The findings are significant and in line with previous research.
