Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to manufactures an assistive device to develop the speed of
kinetic response in tennis. In addition to identifying the effect of the assistive device in
developing the speed of kinetic response, the researchers assumed that there are statistically
significant differences between the post-tests of the two experimental and control groups in
developing the speed of kinetic response. As for the research method, the researchers used the
experimental method with the two groups Experimental and control with pre and post-tests. As
for the research sample of novices aged (10-12) years in Al-Jadiriya Tennis Academy with all
intentions, it included (16) players who were randomly distributed to a regular sample of two
equal groups, experimental and control, with (6) players from each group after excluding (4)
players for their lack of commitment to the units, the two researchers concluded that the use of
exercises with the help of the device contributed to the development of the speed of the kinetic
response
