Sustainable Leadership in Innovativeness Climate in Schools

Abstract
This research investigated the relationship between sustainable leadership and innovativeness climate in schools, to determine the predictability of sustainable leadership to innovativeness climate in schools. The sample of the research consists of 230 teachers from different schools in the Artvin Province. While 41.7% (96)of 230 teachers participating in the study were male, 58.3% (134) were female.
