Abstract
he article is devoted to the study and research of methods aimed at ensuring the quality and safety of grain products. The influence of high frequency microwaveenergy on the composition of the grain is considered and the most effective modes are revealed that allow to obtain environmentally friendly products. A mathematical model of high frequency microwave disinfection is created using correlation-regression analysis
