Teachers are the back bone of society. Social and the educational changes are directly related to ethics of the teachers. If teachers of the nation are ethically strong and they implement the policies of the govt. effectively, they can contribute a lot in social and educational changes. This shows that the effectiveness of the teachers is directly affected by their ethics, attitudes and unethical behaviors.
