Background: This paper reports the synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles at room temperature using Stevia and Ficus benghalensis extract. This is cost effective, simple and stable for a long time. In this article synthesis of zinc oxide nanoparticles using Stevia and Ficus benghalensis extract has been done and checked for its anticariogenic activity
