Abstract
Psychological quality is an essential concept that can assist athletes in improving their performance and
developing valuable life skills. Athletes can hone their capabilities to respond to noxious stimuli by adjusting
positively to adverse situations and pressures in the sports arena, resulting in personal growth. Resilience
training may be essential for athletes. Athletes endure particular sporting issues such as unfairness, physical
malformations, eating disorders, high psychological distress, and emotional endocytosis. The goal of this study
is to define and explain the concept of resilience and investigate its significance and use in the context of
athletics. Acquiring an understanding of how to build resilience methods in this population can increase sports
and enjoyment performance while encouraging critical abilities that support personal growth.
