Abstract
The present study aimed to examine and study the concepts of performance management
and monitoring organizations. This study was conducted using a descriptive-analytical research
method and library references. According to assessments, since organizations experience ongoing
changes, their activities become more complicated over time, and delegation of authorities is an
inevitable choice, the importance of monitoring and control over organizations will reveal.
Therefore, the traditional regulatory methods must be replaced with new techniques in line with the
abovementioned changes. Intra-organizational monitoring is performed by superiors over employees'
performance, employees monitoring, and participation in strategies to conform to the organizational
truths. Hence, both types of monitoring improve organizational performance
