Abstract
In the field of information and communications technology, the 5G enabledmobile communicationis a key force for the evolution of future communications. Specifically, 5G wireless networks are planned to handle exceptionally heavy data traffic to boost offering services for emerging diverse communicating environments, consequently offering the best quality of service and experience for the stakeholders. To effectively deliver the best QoS for consumers over 5G networks, wireless networks must integrate more candidate technologies and
include a variety of communication technologies, such as MIMO, CR, D2D, IoT and SDN with densely populated stakeholders. In this paper, we have proposed a Multi-layered model for the deployment of cognitive radio networks in 5G with power allocation specifications for User Equipment and Base stations in the 5G
ecosystem. The results identified are promising to incorporate the power allocation specifications for 5G
systems.
