The article is devoted to a comprehensive study of information about the embassies and trade relations of the Turkestan Governor General with Kashgar, which are stored in the historical fund of the National Archives of Uzbekistan, the report of the trusted trading house of the Bikovskys, Vasily Nikitin, on his movement with a caravan through the Kokand Khanate and the Terek-Davan pass to Kashgar and about a trip from there through Yarkand to Khotan, analyzes the statistical indicators of trade relations in Kashgar, information about various goods, as well as about prices and varieties of goods of foreign and Russian factories.
