Proposed system is web-based application of the Smart Proctor Examination System - Smartxam.We know that online assessments, often known as e-exams, have advanced significantly in recent years, becoming widely adopted by higher education institutions around the world. Their desire expanded soon after the COVID-19 epidemic sprang out. Exams are being conducted online, which ensures the safety and well-being of pupils. The goal of this project is to give a quick, easy, and convenient manner to take the exam. It may provide students/applicants with unique benefits. The total mark for the questions can be calculated automatically by adding the marks assigned to each question in the online test system. It allows jumping to specific questions based on the previous answer. The login provision in this page helps the already registered user to directly access the site and there is a link for registration to a user who is new to this site. The main idea is to reduce paper use and convert all types of documents to digital format
