Abstract
Delivering services that meet global standards at a fair cost is critical in today's competitive environment. Because customer satisfaction contributes to repeat business, brand recognition, and perceived quality, satisfied consumers
are now the backbone of any successful firm. Owing to its large service quality requirements, the Indian healthcare industry in particular dental care hospital industry is the fastest growing and most vibrant. At the same time, it faces
intense competition and requires medical technology advancements that are on level with worldwide norms. In this situation, it is critical to assess the patient's opinion of service quality qualities in order to ensure proper and expand their services.
