Abstract
Proximal and process results are involved in Organizational leadership making contribution towards the
development and achievement of organizational purpose. It is system characteristics and dynamics by
which organizational leadership is integrally bounded by, that is, leadership is defined and caused
contextually. Major cause behind lacking progress in development of cohesive understanding of
organizational leadership is, all academicians have tried to offer common theories and models of
leadership using many same paradigms of explaining leadership across different levels of organizations.
Maximization of organizational leadership relates to self-leadership, innovation, and creativity. Selfleadership is a process where an individual restyles themselves for achievement of self-direction, and
encouragement needed for achievements. It is studied that self-leadership, innovation, and creativity all
play equally important roles in maximization of Organizational leadership. 183 respondents are the
sample size considered in this study. T test and means was applied to find the result of study
