It causes no fatalities but significant psychosocial consequences.There are many treatment options. The choice depends on the extent, distribution, and rate of progression of the lesions and should be started as early as possible to maximize efficacy.Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a high-concentration autologous plasma solution prepared from blood.
