Marital rape is one of the absolute most devilishacts which exist in a civilized society. Though it has been a subject of discussion since long now but a recent judgment by Delhi High Court has brought this issue in light again. It was a split judgment by two-judge bench consisting of Justice Rajiv Shakdher and Justice C Hari Shankar. The issue of conjugal assault isn't just significant from the point of regulation yet additionally from society.
