Abstract
Childhood is the best time for a person's brain to make connections it needs to develop into healthy, capable, and successful adults. During these formative years, several crucial higher-level skills are established, such as motivation, self-control, problem-solving, and communication. It is profoundly more difficult to create these key brain connections later in life. Early in childhood, children who have more positive relationships grow up to be brighter and more successful in school and in life.According to recent studies, self-regulation, mindfulness, and general performance are all cultivated at a higher rate when yoga is introduced in an academic setting
