Abstract
Pre workout stretching improves blood flow, coordination and warms up the muscles. Post workout stretching elimination sources cramping and helps in faster recovery. Learning how to warm up and cool down properly is just as important as the exercises themselves. The body produces to sore, and muscles. Stretching can help reduce the accumulate lactic acid throughout the body.
