Abstract
Education plays a vital role in one’s life. The basic values are inculcated in human beings in the education institutions where they spend a large amount of time. However, the covid-19 Pandemic has changed the scenario and taken a toll over the entire education industry. The education system was struck hard by the massive pandemic that forced the students to switch to online mode of education. There have been several changes in the policies of education sector and the practices have been aligned in the similar manner. This study is quintessentially an attempt to understand the revamped education system after the covid-19 has normalized a little bit to allow hybrid classes or even a collaboration of conventional and modern practices in the education system (Jandrić et al., 2021). Especially in the developing nations, the academic framework post-covid has become an area of interest for many scholars. Several transformations have come up such as the teaching methods, strategies, policies, the curriculum, and other aspects of education like co-curricular activities as well. The objective is to analyze the prevailing situation and find a roadmap for suggesting the educational institutions for implementing necessary changes that would be beneficial to the students in the long run. This will in turn let the specialists to improve the quality of education and training for individuals in the days to come. Sample of 197 Academicians were surveyed to know their opinion regarding Post Covid Roadmap for Education Development. Effective collaborations to incorporate innovation and technology in the education system, reviving the education system with lot more precautions and safety guidelines, Learning through learning platforms is possible due to smooth support provided by the digital and IT interventions and Organizations are instructed to carry out functional exploration, and utilize relevant demonstrating ways to deal with the educational loopholesare all post covid roadmaps and are effective for education development.
