Abstract
Intracranial calcification and microcephaly are the main clinical features of TORCH, which mimics a rare autosomal recessive inherited disorder named Pseudo TORCH syndrome. Hereby, we report an infant aged 2 ½ months, born to a 3rd degree consanguineous parents with history of similar picture in elder sibling who passed away at 4 years of age. This child presented with recurrent seizures and microcephaly. He was extensively investigated and diagnosed as Pseudo TORCH syndrome.
