The omission of any body part can lead to physical and psychological discomfort in an individual. Defects of the Ocular constitutes an important deficiency of maxillofacial region, emotionally altering the individual. Maxillofacial Prosthesis restoring the form and function of such patients is very challenging. Custom made prosthesis serve as a boon improving the retention of the prosthesis and comfort of the patient. This article describes the fabrication of the custom made ocular prosthesis giving the realistic appearance to an individual.
