Abstract
Conducting polymers are the subject of intensive research because of their unique characteristics, which include electrical properties that can be tuned, optical, and high mechanical capabilities, simple synthesis and manufacturing, and high environmental resilience. Using FeCl3 as an oxidant in both aqueous and non-aqueous conditions, polypyrrole and its composites were made chemically. Different solutions were tested to see how they affected the product's characteristics. These solutions included water, ethylacetate, acetonitrile, methylacetate, methanol, ethylmethylketone, and surface active agents poly (ethylene glycol) and poly (vinyl acetate). Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) has been used to characterize the electrically conductive polymer and its composites. According to the findings, product shape, conductivity, and structure vary with solution and additive composition.
