Abstract
Pneumocephalus is a disease in which there is air in the cranial cavity. Anytrauma or othersurgeries are the most
common causes, although meningitis is a very rare phenomenon. We're talking about an individual who
developed pneumocephalus as a result of meningitis. On CT scan, this patient was diagnosed with
pneumocephalus and was given antibiotics, to which he reacted favourably. After couple ofweeks, a repeat CT
