Normal prisons also have many restrictions on movement of prisoners which impairs their adjustment in society after release. Detention centres provide an alternative which makes prisoners self-reliant and helps in their adjustment in the society. Detainees are frequently seen hostile by all the environmental elements, wrongdoing that simply occurs with extraordinary cases like hard core criminal yet rest of the guilty parties carries out wrongdoing by incited abrupt activities.
