The objectives of this research were to 1) study the needs for self-development of educational personnel in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) find patterns or characteristic of activitiesthat are suitable for the development of educational personnel in school under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population were administrators and teachers from 67 schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 1, total amount 5,002 persons. The population was randomly assigned to make a sample of 294 persons. The questionnaire was used as a tool. The statistical values used in the data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation and PNI, using Modified Priority Need Index (PNI modified) technique together with content analysis
