Abstract
There is also some terminological confusion in the study of ethnopsychological characteristics. Ethnopsychological literature is interpreted by some authors as the same social phenomenon as ethnic psychology and national psychological image. It is wrong to explain and interpret the matter in this way.
Ethnic psychology is a relatively broad concept that includes more phenomena in reality than the national psychological image. It is manifested not only as a reflection of ethnic characteristics by the representatives of the nation, but also as a form of knowledge and understanding of the world.
Ethnic psychology reflects social and domestic customs, national character, traditions, national feeling, national pride, and national consciousness arising from the people's living conditions.
National psychological image is considered one of the main components of ethnic psychology, and together with national consciousness constitutes ethnopsychology.
