Abstract
The objective of this research is to determine to what extent the mobile app for automated exams with levels of help improves the learning of engineering students. The research has a quasiexperimental design. For data collection, the questionnaire was applied through a pretest and posttest applied through the mobile app. The sample consisted of university students of the engineering career of a university in Metropolitan Lima, Peru. The results showed that the average grade before the use of the mobile app was 10.38 and after the intervention was 14.27, achieving an increase of 37%, which reflects that the mobile app for automated exams with levels of help optimizes the learning of engineering students. As a conclusion, it was demonstrated that there are significant differences in the learning of engineering students after applying the mobile app in the results of the post-test evaluation (p=0.000): therefore, it is concluded that the mobile app optimizes learning and the null hypothesis is rejected.
