Abstract
The need for work-life balance is becoming increasingly popular. At the same time, the growth of advanced mobile technology has brought with it a number of benefits, the most notable of which is the increased flexibility that is now available. However, the influence of mobile technology on employees' ability to maintain a healthy work-life balance is still unknown.
