Abstract
The Preamble, an integral part of the Constitution, pledges to secure socio-economic justice to all its citizens including prostitutions which clearly stated that liberties, equality of status and of opportunity, assuring fraternity and `dignity of all human beings. Prostitution in society is not a new phenomenon; it has been around for a long time and may be found in a variety of forms and degrees, all of which are unrelated to so-called societal consequences.
