Abstract
Introduction:
Dental implants are replacement tooth roots. Implants provide a strong foundation for fixed (permanent) or removable replacement teeth that are made to match your natural teeth. It improves appearance , speech , comfort and has better durability. Many elements, including titanium, zirconium, hafnium, vanadium, niobium, tantalum, chromium, molybdenum, gold, platinum, silver, steel, and cobalt, have previously been used in clinics or in research environments. The bulk of dental implants are now made of titanium, with zirconium being used more often. Thus, the study aims to create awareness on the alloys used in Dental Implants.
