Abstract
he aim of this article is to study about the key performance indicators as a “measure of performance” and can evaluate the accomplishment in any organization or other projects. The innate benefits in handling Bayesian hierarchical modelling have been exploited with the underlying modelsusing appropriate transformation of underlying parameters. This study has considered illustrative datasets from open repositories to analyse the variability in the association between different categorical variables. Odds ratios are used to compare the measure of associationbetween the variables of interest. Both individual and overall Odds ratios together with measure of heterogeneity estimates are used to obtain appropriate inferences and the effect of variables of interest
