Abstract
All of the policy and legislative rules and choices in this article are centered around the child's rights and juvenile justice system, which is prevalent in India. When the Juvenile Justice Board or Child Welfare Committee considers a case involving a minor or a child in need of care and protection, the best interests of the child are always considered to be of paramount importance. The document states that the government has a responsibility to make these kinds of decisions for the benefit of children, as mandated by Article 39 of the Indian Constitution
