Abstract
Africa constitutes one of the most important circles of international competition. This continent was the glory of the greedy countries. The greedy colonial countries maintained their relations with Africa in the military, economic and cultural fields. The variables of conflict, differences, competition, and apprehension remained factors that form the background of the Israeli political scene in its relationship with the surrounding countries. The same influential role of "Israel" and the future of its relationship, the degree of its usefulness and its interests with countries, even though the motive of the security concern has shaped its confrontations in the past five decades, with other motives to extend its interest towards the countries located in the Horn of Africa, especially Ethiopia when it was occupying 1080 km along the Red Sea coast The western region through its
