Stroke remains a major problem in the human health system. It is one of the three major causes of mortality in many countries and is responsible for most of the neurological disorders that cause patient mortality. Hence, in this study using an interventional method, the clinical improvement of patients with stroke using intravenous magnesium sulfate is investigated, the results of which are as follows. In the investigation, the difference in scores between the intervention and control groups before receiving magnesium sulfate is obtained, the scores before receiving are different in the intervention and control groups.
