Background and Aim: Most organizations emphasize the importance of employees as their most important asset.The development of psychology has played an important role, especially in relation to various indicators of employees' mental health, such as spirituality at work.In this regard, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and organizational health of the staff of the University of Medical Sciences and the Department of Sports and Youth of Babol.
