Abstract
Customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business models have all undergone radical change because of digital transformation in tech-based firms. Utilizing data and analytics to acquire important insights into customer behavior and preferences is one of the main advantages of digital transformation. Tech-based companies can use these insights to tailor the products and services, improve consumer interactions, and increase repeat business. Additionally, by removing national restrictions and extending market reach, digital technologies allow enterprises to connect with a worldwide audience. Digital transformation has made it possible for tech-based companies to streamline the internal procedures and boost operational effectiveness. Workflow automation and digitization boost productivity, enable realtime communication, and decrease manual error. SaaS (software as a service) models and cloud computing offer scalable and affordable infrastructure options. Tech-based companies' operations, goals, and consumer relationships have all been profoundly affected by the digital transformation.
